Otis Holoman Fiveash

Memorial services for Otis Holoman Fiveash, 61, of Ashburn, GA will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, October 14, 2011 at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn. Mr. Fiveash passed away Wednesday at his residence following a brief illness.

The son of the late William Jackson Fiveash and Blanche Baker Gregory he was born in Albany, GA. He was a self-employed Charter boat Captain for many years in Florida. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, Linda Smith.

Survivors include his son and daughter in law, Garrett and Ann Fiveash, his granddaughter Stormy Fiveash all of Macon, GA.; his sisters, Suzi (Tom) Larocca of Ashburn, Courtney Fiveash of Albany, GA and Patricia Gregory of Tampa, FL.; his brothers, Ken (Carol) Vance of Milledgeville, GA, Tony (Benita) Gregory of Franklin, NC and David Fiveash of Columbus, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday from noon til hour of services at Perry Funeral Chapel.
