Maryln Guy Smith

Funeral services for Maryln Guy Smith, 76, of Sumner GA will be held at 11:00 A.M. Monday, November 5, 2012 at the Church of God of Prophecy in Ashburn with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Smith died Friday at Tift Regional Medical Center following an extended illness.

Mrs. Smith was born in Worth County, GA and was the daughter of the late William P. and Eddie Bell Kennedy Guy. She was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and was a certified nursing assistant.

She is survived by her children, David Michael Smith, Sumner, Ga., Darryl Mitchell Smith, Sebring, FL, Dean Mark Smith and Darren Martin Smith, both of Sumner, GA, Sheila Joan McConniel, Sebring, FL, and Sherri Lynn (Richard) Haas, Sebring, FL. Also surviving is one sister, Hellen Manus, Lorida, FL, twelve grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 5:00-7:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
