Jane Jarman

Graveside funeral services for Jane Pitts Jarman, 89 of Marietta and formerly of Ashburn will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, July 17, 2004 in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn, Ga. Mrs. Jarman died Wednesday, July14, 2004. Mrs. Jarman was born in Habersham County, Georgia and was the daughter of the late Robert P. and Lona Oliver Pitts. She was a member of the Ashburn 1st Baptist Church and was a former school teacher in Ashburn, Rebecca, and Sycamore Public schools for many years.

Mrs. Jarman was preceded in death by her husband and son, William C. Jarman, Jr. and William C. Jarman III. She is survived by her daughters Judith J. Morgan of Atlanta, Ann J. Blake of Marietta, her grandchildren Ginger McCoy and Cathy Waddell of Marietta, William C. Jarman IV of Charlotte, N.C., Natalie Blake and Lauren Blake of New York City and six great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Marie P. Mitchell of Ashburn and several devoted nieces and nephews including Bob Mitchell and the Pitts girls.

The family will receive friends Saturday from 12:00 noon until 1:30 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn.
