Funeral Services for Brenda Hampton Campbell, 62, of Ashburn will be held Thursday, August 26, 2004 at 10:00 AM at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with graveside services at 3:00 PM in the Monroe Hills Memorial Cemetery in Forsyth, Ga. Mrs. Campbell passed away at her residence Tuesday following an extended illness.

A native and long time resident of Bibb Co., she was the daughter of the late Rev. William H. Hampton and Ruth Hamby Hampton of Culloden, Ga. Mrs. Campbell has resided in Ashburn since 1976.

A retired Nursing home administrator she was a member of the Dayspring Church of the Nazarene in Ashburn, she was a Prayer Warrior for Guidepost and a former member of the Business Professional Women’s Club of Turner Co.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her husband of 44 years, Duanne L. Campbell of Ashburn, her daughter and son-in-law, Lee Ann and Douglas Scott of Culloden, Ga.; her two grandchildren, Benjamin Scott of Roberta, Ga. and Dustin Scott, Culloden, Ga.; her brother William Charles Hampton, Culloden, Ga.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 till 8 at Perry Funeral Chapel.
