Richard "Ricky" Tripp

Funeral services for Mr. Richard “Ricky” L. Tripp, 54, of Arabi, GA will be held Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn. Mr. Tripp passed away Sunday at his residence following an extended illness. Interment will follow in the Snowridge Cemetery in Ashburn.

The son of the late Henry Grady Tripp, SR. and Corrine Vaughn Tripp of Ashburn. He was a retired school teacher from Worth County Board of Education and a member of the Pentecostal Faith.

Survivors in addition to his mother includes his wife, Brenda Swain Tripp of Arabi; his daughters Rita Shalee (Thomas) Keller and Amy Deann Tripp both of Ashburn; his step children Shelia Marie Southwell and Lila Southwell (Mark) Luther both of Arabi; his brothers, Frank (Nina) Tripp, of Gainesville, FL and Michael (Diane) Avery of Belle, FL. Also surviving are his eleven grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from Six until Eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
