J. Kenneth Cromer

Funeral services for Mr. J. Kenneth Cromer, 76, of Ashburn, GA will be held, Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 11:00 AM in the Ashburn First Baptist Church. Mr. Cromer passed away Wednesday after an extended illness. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn.

The son of the late James P. and Margaret LeSuer Cromer he was born in Tift Co., GA and was a commercial loan officer with Farm Credit. He was a member and deacon of the Ashburn First Baptist Church and a member of the Bill Hardin Sunday School Class. He served his country in the US Army.

Mr. Cromer enjoyed fishing, gardening and fellowship with his family and friends.

Survivors include his wife, Margie Sumner Cromer, Ashburn, GA; his children, Kathy C. (Allen) Adair, New Smyrna, FL; Donna C. (Marvin) Wynn, Sycamore, GA; Jill C. (Jeff) Carter, Tifton, GA. His sister Linda Bankston, Locust Grove, GA; his brothers, Royce Cromer, Sycamore, GA; Larry Cromer, Tifton, GA and Dennis Cromer, Crawfordville, FL.

Mr. Cromer's grandchildren, Benje Adair, Moultrie, GA; Mark (Nancy) Wynn, Sycamore, GA, Jamie Wynn, Richland, NC, Spencer (Ashley) Wynn, Sycamore, GA, Justin Carter, Jacob Carter and Jess Carter All of Tifton, GA. His great grandchildren, Hunter Wynn, Jace Wynn, Gracie Chapman all of Sycamore, GA, Jayson Wynn, Hazelhurst, GA, Tinsley Adair, Moultrie, GA, Caden Luke Wynn and Ava Brooke Wynn all of Sycamore, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday evening from Six until Eight at The Ashburn First Baptist Church.
