Pauline Rogers

Funeral services for Pauline Tompkins Rogers, 85, of Worth County, will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, July 26, 2014 at Perry Funeral Chapel, Inc. in Ashburn, Ga. Interment will follow at Clements Chapel cemetery in Turner County. Mrs. Rogers passed away at Tift Regional Medical Center after a brief illness.

The daughter of the late Clarence A. and Loney Davis Tompkins. She was born in Worth County, GA. Pauline was an Xray Tech for over 50 years, working for Doctor's Clinic in Ashburn and retired from Phoebe Family Medical Center. She was a member of the 1947 Graduation Class in Sumner High School. Pauline was a member of the Sycamore Methodist Church.

Survivors include son Randall E. Rogers, Sumner, Ga., a granddaughter Michelle L. Rogers of Ashville, N.C., sisters Ann (Jack) Stone of Tifton, Ga. and Loyce (Kenneth) Goff of Thomasville, Ga. Pauline was preceded in death by her husband, Walter C. Rogers, Jr.

The family will receive friends Friday, July 25, 2014 from Seven until Nine at the Perry Funeral Chapel, Inc.
