Patricia "Patsy" Pope

Funeral services for Patricia “Patsy” Pope, 76, of Rebecca, Ga., will be held 2:00 P.M., Saturday September 27, 2014 at the Rebecca Baptist Church in Rebecca, Ga. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery in Turner County, Ga. Miss Pope passed away Thursday, September 25, 2014 at Tift Regional Medical Center after an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Kermit and Ludie Ruth Haralson Pope, she was born in Rebecca, Ga...She was a member of the Rebecca Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her three brothers, Wiley Pope, Cecil Pope, and Roger Pope.

Survivors include her sister Mary Will Hester of Lindale, Ga., sister-in-law Delores Pope of Rebecca, Ga., nieces and nephews Mary Anne Sturdevan of Rebecca, Ga., Ruth Bowers of Atlanta, Ga., Kellie Hester of Carrollton, Ga., Robert Pope of Marietta, Ga., Mike Windover of Castaic, Ca., David Windover of Cumming, Ga., and Curt Hester of Novato,Ca., her special great nieces Kathy and Leigh Sturdevan of Rebecca, Ga., and special friend Royce Ellerbee of Ashburn, Ga.

The family will receive friends Saturday September 27, 2014 from One until the hour of service at the Rebecca Baptist Church.
