Alice Faye Bohannon Hinds

Memorial services for Alice Faye Bohannon Hinds, 67, of Ashburn, GA will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, July 15, 2015 at The Trinity Baptist Church in Ashburn. Mrs. Hinds passed away Saturday at her residence following an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Charlie and Harriet Elizabeth Wilkerson Bohannon and was born in Telfair Co, GA. She had lived most of her life in Turner County, GA and was a member of Trinity Baptist Church of Ashburn. She was a retired truck driver and a member of The Women’s Auxiliary of the VFW.

Survivors include her husband, Marvin Hinds of Ashburn; her son, Jeffery Earnest of Ashburn; her daughters, Jerri (Ed) Deards of Willington, Ohio; Terri Earnest of Ray City, GA and Sherri Griffis of Rebecca, GA. She is also survived by her brothers, Archie (Dale) Bohannon of Ashburn, Dell C. (Brenda) Bohannon of Cordele and a sister Helen B. (Delwin) Partain of Cordele. She is also survived by seven grandchildren.
