Ann P. Reeves

Funeral services for Ann P. Reeves, 76, of Sycamore, Ga will be held at 3:00 P.M., Sunday, September 6, 2015 at Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will follow at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Sycamore, Ga. Mrs. Reeves passed away Thursday after a brief illness.

The daughter of the late Morris B. Pilkinton, Sr. and Tiny Wilson Pilkinton, she was born in Sycamore on March 16, 1939. She was a housewife and was also a retired bookkeeper for Ward Land Company. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Benny B. Reeves.

Survivors include her son Benjamin David (Kim) Reeves of Sycamore, Ga., two daughters, Jeannie (Alan) Myers of Ashburn, Ga., Patty (Jess) Rigdon of Sycamore, Ga., three brothers, J. N. Pilkinton, Sycamore, Ga., Buford Pilkinton, Salem, S.C., and Terry Pilkinton, Sycamore, Ga., two sisters, Dorothy Pilkinton, Dallas, Ga. and Gloria Jean Cameron of Sycamore, Ga., sister-in-law Sue Reeves Speight. Also surviving are ten grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren, Misty (Brad) Culpepper, Braxton, Tresley and Doni Alyn Culpepper, Ben (Traci) Reeves, Claire and Emma Reeves, Matt (Jaclyn) Myers and Ella Kay Myers, Lauren Lee and Mason and John David Lee, Anna (Ben) Lavender and Rhyer and Kierce Lavender, Jenna Kennedy, Mallory Myers, Mary Kate Reeves, Wyatt Reeves and Emmett Reeves.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon, September 6, 2015 from one-thirty until 2:30 prior to the service.
