Donald "Don" Aaron Morgan

Donald "Don" Aaron Morgan, 66, of Leesburg, Georgia passed away Thursday, November 26, 2015 at the Willson Hospice House in Albany.

Born on December 17, 1948 to the late Warren Harding and Dorothy Reese Jones Morgan, he retired from Piggly Wiggly in Albany, Georgia where he was employed as a butcher. Mr. Morgan was a loving husband, father, Papa and was a friend to everyone he met.

He is survived by his wife, Christine Lloyd Morgan of Leesburg; daughter, Karen Elizabeth (Michael) Vierling of Topeka, Kansas; sons, Jonathan Aaron (Lisa) Morgan and their children, Luke and Kate Morgan of Thomaston and David Anthony (Amanda) Morgan and their children Dane and Sophie Morgan of Macon; brothers, Robert A. Morgan of Ashburn, Mack A. Morgan of Eastman, Buck A. Morgan of Ashburn and Timothy L. Morgan of Cordele.

Funeral services will be 2:30 PM Sunday, November 29, 2015 in Pine Bluff Baptist Church in Albany, Georgia with interment to follow at 4:30 PM Sunday at Snowridge Cemetery in Ashburn, Georgia. the family will greet friends beginning at 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday, November 28, 2015 at Perry Funeral Chapel.
