Janet Railey Burdette

Funeral services for Janet Railey Burdette, age 88, 13550 Highway 112 East, Rebecca, Ga. will be held Friday, June 10, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at the Rebecca Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Rebecca. Mrs. Burdette died Wednesday, June 8, 2005 at Golden South following an extended illness.

Mrs. Burdette was born in Turner County and was the daughter of the late Ress Blanchard & Bessie Elizabeth Peacock Railey. She had resided in Turner County all of her life and was a member of the Rebecca Baptist Church.

She is survived by her daughter and her husband, Donnell B. & Richard M. Stubbs and her grandson, Jeffery Stubbs, Valdosta, Ga.

The family will receive friends Thursday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn.
