Saluda Anne Deese

Funeral services for Saluda Anne Deese, age 75, 600 Perry Drive, Ashburn, will be held Sunday, July 24, 2005 at 2:00 P.M. at Morningside Baptist Church in Ashburn with burial to follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Deese died Thursday at Tift Regional Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Deese was born in Caroline County, Virginia and was the daughter of the late Jack and Phoebe Taylor Moore. She had lived in Asbhurn since 1973. She was a retired seamstress and a member of the Morningside Baptist Church in Ashburn.

She is survived by her husband, Gerald Deese of Ashburn, one son, David Edmonds, of Ashburn; one brother, Joe Lee Moore, of Fredericksburg, Virginia. She is also survived by one grandchild and two great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends 7:00-9:00 P.M., Saturday at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn
