The funeral services for Bernard “Bill” Elton Hobby, Jr., 52, of Sycamore, Georgia will be held Sunday, December 18, 2016 at the Perry Funeral Chapel at 2:30 P.M. Mr. Hobby passed away on Friday, December 16, 2016 after a sudden illness.

The son of the late Bernard Elton Hobby, Sr. and Sadie Lucille Watson Hobby, he was born in Turner County, Ga. Mr. Hobby was employed at B & B Vendors of Chula, Ga. and member of New Prospect Baptist Church, Turner County, Ga.

He is survived by his mother, Lucille Watson Hobby, Sycamore, Ga.; one son, Jordan Tyler Hobby, Fitzgerald, Ga.; one daughter, Kayla Marie Hobby, Tifton, Ga.; two brothers, Scotty (Lilly) Hobby, Tifton, Ga.; Dale (Vicki) Hobby, Ashburn, Ga.; one sister, Marsha (Steve) Hobby Vick, Moultrie, Ga.

The family will receive friends Sunday from 1:30 – 2:30 at Perry Funeral Chapel. Interment will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Ashburn, Ga.
