Daisy Joyner

Funeral Services for Daisy May Joyner, 88, of Rebecca, GA will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Rebecca with interment to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Joyner passed away Saturday in Monroe, Ga. following an extended illness.

A native of Georgia she was the daughter of the late Edward and Lucy Shepherd Dean and was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. A retired seamstress she enjoyed cooking, sewing for her family and fishing. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sharon Ralph Joyner and a son, Lawson Ellis Joyner.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Darren Joyner of Loganville, GA.; Jeff Joyner of Rebecca, GA.; Jennifer Payne of Gainesville, GA.; her sister Lucy Catherine Fletcher of Chula, GA.; her brother Frank Dean of Cordele, GA.; Six Great-Grandchildren.

The family will receive friends from Six till Eight Monday evening at Perry Funeral Chapel.
