Alan Mauldin, 31, of Ashburn passed away Monday, February 22, 2021 at his residence.

Alan was born on February 4, 1990 in Tifton to Michael Dale Mauldin and Patricia Lara Webb. He was a member of Christian Union Church of God. Alan was a shoe collector and a sports fan. His favorite athlete was Michael Jordan. He played baseball for Turner County High school. He also loved watching movies.

He is survived by his father, Michael (Charlene McCraine) Mauldin of Ashburn; mother, Patricia Lara Webb of Hendersonville, Tennessee; grandmothers, Everlina Mauldin of Ashburn and Donna Herrin of Nashville; brothers, Cory Lee Cochran of Valdosta and Jake Singer of Tifton; sisters, Wendy Lynn (David) Dorsey of Ashburn, Christy Ann Miller of 29 Palms, California, Erin Fletcher of Tifton, Saralynn (Roy) Wallace of Chula and Elissa Singer of Tifton; aunts and uncles, Connie Majeski, Ronnie Mauldin, Carl Mauldin, Bobby Sylvester and Lori Mannin; niece and nephew, Tyler Dorsey and Abby Dorsey. He is also survived by many cousins and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 26, 2021 in Rose Hill Cemetery. There will also be a live stream of the service on Facebook. The family will greet friends Thursday, February 25, 2021 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Perry Funeral Chapel. In accordance with current restrictions due to COVID-19 there will be a limited number of people allowed inside during visitation. We ask that you pay your respects and exit the building as soon as possible so we can accommodate all of Alan's family and friends Thursday evening. Masks will be required.
