Ruby Hart

Funeral services for Mrs. Ruby Dupree Hart, 88, of Ashburn, GA. will be held 2:00 PM, Saturday at the Perry Funeral Chapel with interment to follow in the New Prospect Cemetery in Turner Co. Mrs. Hart passed away Thursday, March 22, 2006 at a Tifton, GA. nursing home following an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Samuel M. and Cora Virginia Carroll Dupree she was born in Turner Co., and resided here most of her life. A member of the Harmony Baptist Church, she was a homemaker and the widow of Henry Hugh Hart, Sr. She was also preceded in death by her sons, Sam Hart and Henry Hugh Hart, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Virginia Sheffeitt of Ashburn, GA. and her grandchildren, John Sellars, Jr. of Ashburn, GA.; Shannon Scire of Gainesville, GA. Her great-grandchildren, Kyle Anthony Sellars, O’Fallon, MO.; Cassandra Lynn Scire and Zachary William Scire both of Gainesville, GA.

The family will receive friends Friday evening at Perry Funeral Chapel from Six until Eight.
