Susan Denise Dukes, 67, of Ashburn passed away Saturday, May 7, 2022 at Tift Regional Hospital.
Susan was born in Ashburn on January 9, 1955 to Deral Dukes and the late Thurles Ward Dukes. She was a member of Trinity Baptist Church. She enjoyed making wreaths and flower arrangements. She also enjoyed helping people. She was a homemaker and dedicated her life to being a mother to her children and grandchildren.
She is survived by her children, Sarah Denise (Scottie Stephens) Jackson of Ashburn and Matthew William (Shana) Jackson of Saucier, Mississippi; father, Deral Dukes of Ashburn; sister, Deborah (Tom) Foster of Ashburn; grandchildren, Gage Carter, Whitney Nutt, Natalie Nutt, Madison Jackson, Peyton Jackson, Rhilyn Jackson, Ranger Jackson and Lodi Stephens.
A graveside memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Lakeview Cemetery in Sycamore.
