Eunice Helms

Funeral Services for Mrs. Eunice Raines Helms, 96 of Ashburn will be at 2:00 PM, Monday, October 2, 2006 at the Rocky Mount Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Helms passed away Saturday at Tift Regional Hospital.

The daughter of the late James Hardy and Betsy Davis Raines she was born in Turner Co., Ga. She was a homemaker and had taught school with the Turner Co. School System. She was the widow of James Cooper Helms and a member of the Rocky Mount Baptist Church. She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Nella Frances Helms, brothers, John D. Raines and Fred Raines and sisters, Louise R. Haman, Aline Andrews and Milo White.

Survivors include her brother Marvin Raines of Ashburn, GA.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from Six until Eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
