Frances Burdett

Graveside funeral services for Frances B. Burdett, 68, of Fitzgerald, GA. will be at 2:30, Wednesday, October 4, 2006 at the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn, GA. Ms. Burdett passed away Sunday in a Fitzgerald Nursing Home following a brief illness.

The daughter of Martha Louise Cooper Britt of Ashburn and the late Homer Lee Britt she was born in Turner Co. and was a retired secretary. She was a long time resident of Turner Co., before moving to Fitzgerald fifteen years ago. In addition to her father she was also preceded in death by a son, Craig Burdett.

Survivors in addition to her mother include her children, Chris Burdett and Cindy B. Howell both of Fitzgerald, GA., sisters, Peggy Jolley, Montgomery, AL., Deborah Britt, Albany, Five grandchildren and an Aunt Betty Stanford, Augusta, GA.

The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6:30 till 8:30 at Perry Funeral Chapel.
