Greg Ward

Funeral Services for Greg Ward, age 46 of 226 S. Gordon Street, Ashburn, Georgia will be held Monday at 4:30 P. M. at Perry Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Ward died Friday, February 23, 2007 in Macon after a short illness.

Greg was a native of the Ashburn, Ga. the son of the late Robert Lee “Bobby” Ward who died in 1976 and Judy Massey Lacey of Ashburn. He was a longtime resident of Ocala, Florida moving back to Ashburn in 2002. He was member of the Ocala Word of Faith.

In addition to his mother Judy Massey Lacey of Ashburn he is survived by his children Gregory C. Ward, Leanne N. Ward, Deanna M. Ward all of Ocala, Florida and a brother Chris (Melody) Ward of Ashburn and his great-grandmother Beatrice Overby, Macon, Ga. and one grandchild.

Family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from Four until Six at the funeral home.
