Mary "Sweetheart" Hauesler

Funeral services for Mrs. Mary “Sweetheart” Presley Hauesler, 64, of Arabi, GA. will be at 1:00 PM, Monday, February 26, 2007 at the Bay Spring Baptist Church in Crisp Co., GA. Interment will follow in the Arabi Cemetery. Mrs. Hauesler passed away Friday at Crisp Regional Hospital in Cordele.

The daughter of the late Oscar Glayton and Nora Belle Hancock Presley, she was born in Crisp Co., GA and had lived most of her life there. She was a member of the Bay Spring Baptist Church. “Sweetheart” was a faithful and longtime employee of The Piggly Wiggly in Ashburn. She was the widow of Lloyd Thomas Hauesler. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jimmy Presley, Floyd Presley and Hubert Presley.

Survivors include her daughters and son-in-laws, Keema and Dino Zervas and Keela and Hal McCay all of Cordele; her sons and daughters-in-laws, Billy and Gail Hauesler and Tommy and Peggy Hauesler all of Arabi; her sisters, Loretta P. Wallace of Ashburn, Delia P. Law of Cobb, Norma P. Manley of Leesburg, Bernice P. Goodman of Cordele and Glenda P. Conley of Tifton; her brothers, Everette Prestley of Columbus, Ronald Presley of Arabi, Royce Presley of Ashburn. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Brandy Wilkes of Valdosta, Kelly Hauesler, Brandon Hauesler and Christopher Hauesler all of Arabi, MariNina Zervas, Wesley Zervas, Patrick McCay and Hali McCay all of Cordele.

The family will receive friends Sunday evening from five until seven at Perry Funeral Chapel.
