James Dalrymple

Funeral services for James “Bud” Dalrymple, 73, of Sycamore, GA. will be at 2:00 PM, Thursday, April 12, 2007 at the Bethel Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Seville Baptist Church Cemetery in Wilcox Co. Mr. Dalrymple passed away Tuesday in a Macon hospital after a brief illness.

The son of the late James Stafford and Bertha Mae Crumley Dalrymple he was born in Wilcox Co. and had resided in Turner Co. since 1968. He was a member of the Seville Baptist Church. He was owner and operator of Bud’s Tire and Wrecker Service and had been in the wrecker business since 1967. He was an avid fisherman.

Survivors include his wife, Jackie Davis Dalrymple, Sycamore, GA.; his sons and daughter-in-laws, Billy and Tammy Dalrymple, Sycamore, GA., Larry and Jayne Dalrymple, Ashburn, GA.; his grandchildren, Amy Pierce, Barry Dalrymple and Danielle Dalrymple; a great-grandson, Ashton Pierce. He is also survived by his sister Ann Parker, Seville, GA.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
