Elnita Morris

Funeral services for Mrs. Elnita Morris, 89, of Ashburn, Georgia will be held Thursday, May 10, 2007 at 11:00 AM in the Ashburn First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery in Ashburn. Mrs. Morris passed away Tuesday at Tift Regional Hospital following an extended illness.

The daughter of the late Otis and Bonnie Beatrice Harris Hobby, she was born in Turner Co. and was a member of the Ashburn First Baptist Church. She was retired from the Turner County School System.

Survivors include her husband, Henry E. Morris of Ashburn and her children Wayne and Linda Morris of Ashburn and Lynn M. and Randy Collins of Pitts, Georgia. She is also survived by four grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from six until eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
