Charles Wiley

Funeral services for Mr. Charles W. Wiley, age 77 of 1017 North Railroad Ave. Sycamore, Ga. will be held Thursday, October 18, 2007, at 2:00 P. M. at the Sycamore Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Wiley died Monday at Tift Regional Medical Center after a short illness.

Mr. Wiley was a native and lifelong resident of Turner County the son of the late Dewey E. & Myrtle Alzena Wood Wiley. He was a retired Hardware and Building Supply Salesman. He was a veteran of the Korean War and was a member of the Sycamore Baptist Church, the Fellowship Sunday School Class and was a Deacon. He was an avid fisherman and coon hunter. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two brothers Wallace Wiley and Donald Wiley.

Survivors include his wife Willene W. Wiley, Sycamore, Ga. a son Frankie Wiley, Sycamore, Ga. and a daughter Belinda W. Dill, Tifton, Ga. two brothers Rev. Jim Wiley, Rochelle, Ga. and Gene Wiley, Hoboken, Ga. and two grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from Six until Eight at the funeral home and from one until time of services at the church on Thursday.
