Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Hobby Reynolds, 83, of Ashburn, GA will be held Friday, December 21, 2007 at 2:00 PM in the Ashburn First Baptist Church. Interment will follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Reynolds passed away Tuesday at her residence following a lengthy illness.
The daughter of the late Osie Louis and Mary Frances Haman Reynolds, she was born in Turner Co., GA. She was a homemaker and former manager of Arabi Campsites in Arabi, GA. She had lived most of her life in Crisp and Turner Co. A member of the Ashburn First Baptist Church and a member of the Fidelis Sunday School class. She was a former employee of General Telephone Co. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by a son, Steve Reynolds and a daughter Kay Reynolds Johnson.
She is survived by her husband, Dewey W. Reynolds, Ashburn, GA.; her daughters Margaret Reynolds, Mableton, GA, Libby Reynolds, Ashburn, GA; her sons Louie (Beverly) Reynolds, Blue Ridge, GA and Bob (Prudence) Reynolds, Conroe, TX; a brother J. L. Hobby, Ashburn, GA; Twelve grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Thursday evening from six until eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
