Melissa "Missy" Sunday

Funeral Services for Melissa “Missy” Leigh Willingham Sunday age 37 of Sycamore will be held Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 11:00 A. M. at the Bethel Baptist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Sunday answered the Lord’s call Monday at the residence of her parents after an extended illness.

Mrs. Sunday was a lifelong resident of Turner County the daughter of Charles A. Willingham, Jr. and Brenda Maude Williams Willingham. She was an employee of the Turner County Connections as an early childhood coordinator. She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church were she was active with the children’s and youth committee and activities. She was a member of the C. A. S. A. Board of Directors in Tifton, Ga. She loved her family, friends and enjoyed fishing and hunting. She was preceded in death by her brother Matthew C. Willingham in 1975.

She is survived by her husband Jamie Sunday, and her children Matt Sunday, Hanna Sunday and Haley Sunday all of Sycamore. Her parents Charles A. & Brenda W. Willingham and her grandfather Carlton “Bud” Williams all of Ashburn.

Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 7:00 until 9:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
