Funeral services for Mary Jane V. Warren, 82, of Sycamore will be held Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at 11:00 A.M. at the Inaha Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Warren died Sunday in Macon, Ga. following an extended illness.

Mrs. Warren was born in Dodge Co., Georgia and had resided most of her life in Turner County. She was the daughter of the late Asa M. & Effie Mae Harrell Vaughn. She was a member of the Inaha Baptist Church and a homemaker.

She was a former Home Economist with the Turner County Extension Service and a former school teacher. She was the widow of the late Lott Troutman Warren, Jr.

Mrs. Warren is survived by three daughters; Sue W. (Billy) Godwin, Lenox, Ga., Faye W. Hassell, Athens, Ga. and Alice W. (Walter) Darley, Macon, Ga. Also surviving are her grandchildren: Brad Godwin, Memphis, Tenn, Rachel Watson, Valdosta, Ga., Drew Hassell, Gainesville, Ga., Mary Jane Hassell, Athens, Ga., Kelley Darley and Kasey Darley , both of Macon, Ga. and two great grandchildren, Kate Watson and Will Watson, both of Valdosta, Ga.

The family will receive friends Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel.
