Cleveland T. Hobby

Funeral Services for Cleveland T. Hobby, age 82 of 2344 Ga. Hwy 112 West, Ashburn will be held Wednesday August 6, 2008 at 10:00 A. M. at the Ashburn First Baptist Church with burial to follow in the Rose Hill Cemetery. Mr. Hobby died Tuesday from the results of an auto accident.

Mr. Hobby was a native of Turner County, Ga. the son the late Luther C. & Berta Mae Shepherd Hobby. He was retired from the Ga. Federal State Inspection Service after 51 years and was a Cattleman. He had served in the U. S. Air Force and was an avid Fisherman, Hunter and enjoyed tending to his cattle and watching the Atlanta Braves. He was preceded in death by his brother L. B. Hobby on April 15, 2008.

Survivors include his wife Ramona Hobbs Hobby and his son Scott (Beth) Hobby, and grandchildren Tyler and Kaleigh Hobby all of Ashburn.

The family will receive friends tonight from six until eight at Perry Funeral Chapel.
