Mack Wilkerson

Mack Wilkerson, 72, of Rebecca Georgia passed away unexpectedly Tuesday, October 21, 2008 at Bay Medical Center in Panama City Florida.

Mack was born in Fitzgerald, Georgia on December 28, 1935 to Willis and Mae Belle Wilkerson. He was a farmer in Turner County GA all of his life until he retired to Panama City Florida in the early 1990’s. He loved his family, gardening, Nascar races, cooking and talking about the good ol'e days.

He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Bobby Wilkerson, three beautiful daughters Lisa Wilkerson (Bacon) and son in law Brian Bacon, Dana Wilkerson and Brandi Weatherly, all of Panama City Fl. He is also survived by the loves of his life, two very special grandchildren, Zach and Zoe Weatherly of Panama City FL.

Mack was the next to the youngest of twelve. He is survived by Willie Mae Braziel, Oscar Wilkerson, Delma Wilkerson, Harriet Bohannan, Lily Stanford, and Marie McKay. Preceding his death were W. D. Wilkerson, Jake Wilkerson, Clark Wilkerson,Thelma Luke and Pauline Raffield.

He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November I, 2008 at 11:00 AM at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn Georgia for friends and family to attend.
