Ramon Paulk, SR.

Memorial services for Mr. Ramon Paulk, Sr., 76, of Rebecca, GA. will be held at Perry Funeral Chapel, at 2:00 PM, Monday, February 9, 2009. Mr. Paulk passed away Saturday at his residence following an extended illness.

The son of the late Thurston and Doris Anderson Paulk, St., he was born in Ambrose, GA. and was retired for the USDA-Federal Inspection Service. He was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church in Ambrose, GA. Mr. Paulk was a veteran who served in the US Army. Mr. Paulk was a avid duck, deer and fox hunter and fisherman. He loved cooking for his family and friends on holidays. Mr. Paulk had a strong and everlasting love for his family and the Lord.

Survivors include his wife, Joanne “Pat” Williams Paulk, Rebecca, GA.; his son, Ramon A. “Ande” Paulk, Jr. and his wife Marla, Imperial, TX; his daughter Terrie Joan Paulk, Rebecca, GA. Also his brother, George David Paulk, Ambrose, GA.; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Monday from 1:00 PM until hour of services at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn, GA.
