Memorial services for Kim Barnett Pilkinton, 46, of Powder Springs, GA will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, April, 24, 2010 in The Bethel Baptist Church in Turner Co., GA. Mr. Pilkinton passed away suddenly Sunday at his residence.

Kim was the son of the late Bobby Lavaughn Pilkinton and Barbara Donahoo Jackson of Smyrna, GA. He was born in Atlanta, GA and was a lineman with Pike Electric Company. A member of the Baptist Faith, he was the type of person whoever or wherever he met he would brighten your day. His family and friends was of his most important things even above his hobbies of boating, fishing and hunting.

Survivors in addition to his mother include his fiancée, Teresa Arnold and her daughter April of Powder Springs, GA, formerly of Tifton, GA. His sisters, Debbie P. Wood of Buford, GA and Gail P. Lytle and her husband, Skip of Winston, GA. Also surviving are his niece and nephews, Larkin Wood and Jeff Wood and his wife, Holly and their children, Cayden, Hudson and Melody all of Smyrna, GA; Wendy McBroom and her husband Keith and their children, Savannah and Summer all of Powder Springs, GA and Bob Lytle and his wife Emily and their child Chase Lytle all of Villa Rica, GA. He also leaves behind an extended family of Aunts, uncles and cousins.

The family will receive friends at Bethel Baptist Church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the hour of services.
