Shirley Hart

Funeral services for Shirley Hart, 54, of Ashburn will be held Friday, December 31, 2010 at 11:00 A.M. at Perry Funeral Chapel with burial to follow in the New Prospect Cemetery in Turner County, Georgia. Mrs. Hart died Monday at her residence following a sudden illness.

Mrs. Hart was born in St. Paul, Minnesota and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Marie Celine Flaherty Jackson. She was of the Baptist faith and had lived in Turner County for the last eight years.

She is survived by her husband, Ashley T. Hart, Sr., Ashburn, Ga.; sons Chad (Angie)Jackson, Prescott, Wisconsin; John Jackson, Newton, Ga. ;Step Sons, Ashley T. Hart, Jr., Jacksonville, Florida, Melvin Hart, Ashburn, Ga., Royce Hart, Jacksonville, Florida. Also surviving is one daughter, Cathrine Taylor, St. Paul, Minnesota; three brothers, Thomas Jackson, Jr., David Jackson, both of St. Paul, Minnesota and Robert Abbas, Linwood, Minnesota. Mrs. Hart is also survived by her sisters, Margaret “Debbie” Kirchoff, Ellsworth, Wisconsin, Paula Jackson Taylor, Forrest Lake, Minnesota, Tina Jackson, Linda Jackson, both of St. Paul Minnesota, Barbara Olson, Ellsworth, Wisconsin, Sandra Aleary, Cannon Falls, Minnesota, Jean Marie Hamar, Tampa, Florida. Also surviving are her grandchildren, Chad Junior Jackson, Calen, Jackson, Marianna Jackson, all of Prescott, Wisconsin, ten step grandchildren, and thirteen step great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends Friday from 9:30 A.M. until time of service at Perry Funeral Chapel.
