Jeanne Ann Massey

Jeanne Ann Massey, 56, of Sycamore passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022 at Tift Regional Medical Center surrounded by her family. 

Jeanne was born on August 5, 1965 to the late Ralph Lemus, Sr. and Alma Gloria Galvan. She was employed by Walmart for many years where she was a Team Leader. Jeanne was a Christian. She enjoyed sewing, reading, fishing and shooting. Jeanne loved to drive her jeep and eat good food. She especially enjoyed spending time with her children,grandchildren, and furbabies and dancing with her beloved husband, Roy. 

She is survived by her husband, Roy Massey of Sycamore; son, Craig (Nikki) Massey of Chula; daughters, Bonnie (Thomas) Futch of Fitzgerald, April (Jayson) Youngblood of Smith Station, AL, Priscilla (Tim) Wiggins of Sycamore, Samantha (Jacob) Stephens of Rochelle and Brandi Etheridge of Tyty; sister, Patsy Garcia of San Antonio, TX; grandchildren, Austin, Heaven, Gabrielle, Cody, Morgan, Aryn, Patience, Griffin, Skylar, Carson, Preston, Grayson, Rhys, Kyla, Chelsea, Angelina, Kenna, Kyle, Carley, Brenton, Gage, Addie, Gavin, Zoey, Khloe, Brett, Landon, Broden, and Eston; and great-grandchildren, Sofia, Everleigh Jean, Everleigh Marie, Koa, Piper, and Brayleigh

In addition to her parents, Jeanne was preceded in death by her brother, Ralph Lemus, Jr. 

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Perry Funeral Chapel in Ashburn with interment to follow at Rose Hill Cemetery. The family will greet friends in the chapel of the funeral home at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14, 2022.
