Joseph Michael Hedges

Joseph (Joe) Michael Hedges, age 44, of Ashburn died on May 9, 2023, at the Perry, GA. Hospital.

Joe was born on September 29, 1978, in Manila, Republic of the Philippines to James (Jim) and the late Joan Hedges. Joe lived overseas with his family in the Philippines, Egypt, and the United Kingdom. Joe was a dare devil, loved skydiving, hunting rattlesnakes and had a bite to prove it, speeding, flying his drone and living life to its fullest. Joe enjoyed creating art with a military theme, especially posters and commemorative boxes.

He is survived by his father, Jim Hedges, Ashburn, GA., son Niles Hedges, Largo, FL., brother Brian (Athena) Hedges, Bend, OR., nephews Collin Hedges, and Ryker Hedges, and former wife, Jennifer Hedges, Largo, FL.

Joe was preceded in death by his mother, Joan Schooler Hedges.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
