Mary Dell Bridges

Mary Dell Bridges, 64, of Ashburn passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2023 at Pruitt Healthcare in Ashburn.

Dell was born on December 5, 1958 in Cordele to the late Wayne Monroe and Angela Crenshaw Bridges. She was a Registered Nurse for 41 years having most recently worked for Tender Touch Healthcare in Panama City, Florida. She was a member of the Baptist faith. Dell loved visiting the beach and anything to do with the water and sand. She was full of life and enjoyed dancing and spending time with her many friends.

She is survived by her sons, Justin Riley (Kayla) Giddens of Ashburn and Joshua Dale (Ariz) Giddens of Raleigh, North Carolina; sisters, Debbie (James) Moore of Warwick and Donna (Ricky) Cawley of Ashburn. She was looking forward to the birth of her first grandchild later this year. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Dawn Bridges; step-mother, Mary Ann Bridges; niece, Jodi Medford; aunt, Cecile Bullington.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 3, 2023 at Perry Funeral Chapel. The family will greet friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
