Patricia Gayle Garrett Spradlin

Patricia Gayle Garrett Spradlin, 76, of Umatilla, Florida, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023.

Born in Columbus, Georgia, and raised in Sycamore, GA where she graduated from Turner County High School in 1964. She was a military wife and moved around until she settled in 2019 in Umatilla, FL to be closer to family. She was a Tax Preparer/District Manager with H&R Block prior to her retirement. She enjoyed her grandchildren, playing the piano and poker (any type of gambling...LOL).

Patricia is predeceased by her Parents, William C. and Annie Bell Garrett; and Sisters, Hazel Garrett and Barbara Garrett Nelson and Infant brother W.C. Garrett.

She is survived by her Daughter, Jennifer Elszasz (Dan) of Umatilla, FL; Son, Evender Spradlin (Michele) of St. Johns, FL; Brothers, Donald Garrett (Julia) of Dothan, AL, Lamar Garrett (Mildred) of Ringgold, GA, and James Garrett (Carol) of Ashburn, GA; Sisters, Gwendolyn Crain of Columbus, GA and Jeanette Wilson of Phenix City, AL; Grandchildren, Anna Cate, Joshua and Ryan Spradlin, and Christopher. Great-grandson, Theodore Elszasz.

Funeral Services will be held at Perry Funeral Home in Ashburn, GA on Saturday, April 15th, at 11:00
